As Clinic Manager at BrainSTIM, Sophia Agapitos plays a central role in creating the supportive, welcoming environment that families experience from the moment they walk through the door. With a natural affinity for working with children, Sophia has always been drawn to understanding how they think, grow, and engage with the world around them.

“I’ve always loved children,” she shares. “Even when I was young, I was naturally drawn to caring for and spending time with them.” That connection now underpins her work, where she supports both the clinical team and the families who rely on BrainSTIM.

Sophia was drawn to BrainSTIM by its focus on uncovering the root causes behind developmental challenges and its ability to deliver meaningful, individualised outcomes. “What really stood out to me was the opportunity to give parents hope,” she explains. Seeing the positive changes in children — and the ripple effect this has on their families — continues to inspire her every day.

While not a practitioner, Sophia’s role is integral to the BrainSTIM experience. She ensures the clinic runs smoothly, supports the team, and provides a consistent point of care and reassurance for families navigating their journey.

“Basically, I just love children, and I love helping their parents and giving them hope,” she says.
